Zimbags is committed to your complete satisfaction.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to make an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.  Simply send an e-mail to contact@zimbags.org and we will arrange your exchange or refund.

Zimbags is completely committed to protecting your privacy.  We do not share any of your personal or financial information with any other parties.  To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Variations:

Because the artwork on Zimbags’ products are all hand painted, colors and designs may vary due to the unique technique used on each individual piece.  Each piece is uniquely yours and different from all others, but if you find you are unhappy with your product please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

Shipping & Out-of-Stock:

Due to the volatility of Zimbabwean markets, shipping from Zimbabwe to the US can sometimes be variable.  We do our best to update our stock as quickly as possible, but once in a while an order is placed for something we do not have due to shipping issues.  If this occurs, we will fill your order with something else that you want, reimburse you, or ship it to you overnight as soon as we receive our next shipment from Zimbabwe.  We thank you in advance for your patience as these things are often out of our control.
